After earning her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Cleary University, Emily joined The ALG Group team in 2017. Her thorough tax and accounting work is concentrated on personal tax preparation.
She loves doing taxes for our clients and continuously works towards becoming the best tax preparer that she can be for all types of returns, beyond just personal tax returns. Emily particularly enjoys the happy team environment at The ALG Group. The small team works together to answer questions and support each other’s growth.
In her free time, Emily is working towards earning her Certified Managerial Accounting (CMA) certification – with her study partner (her cat Skyy) right by her side. Once she earns her CMA, her next goal is to earn her Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certification.
